These terms govern your use of PPCAdvisor, operated by RVK Holdings LLC. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
PPCAdvisor helps you manage and analyze advertising creative in your own Google Ads account. You retain all rights to your data and creative content; you grant us the limited license needed to store and process it to provide the service.
Your responsibilities
- Connect only ad accounts you are authorized to manage.
- You review and approve changes before they are published. Published ads are created paused; enabling them to serve (and spend) is your action in the ad platform, and ad spend is solely between you and Google.
- Keep your Google account secure; you are responsible for activity under your login.
AI features
AI-generated suggestions (tags, ad copy, insights) are assistive and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use. Connected assistants (Claude, ChatGPT) receive read-only access that you can revoke at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RVK Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including advertising spend, lost profits, or platform policy actions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
